Developed in close collaboration with the top hoteliers in South Tyrol, Electronic Echo is one of the few solutions on the market that not only promises to automate correspondence, but actually does it. Thanks to NLP (Natural Language Processing), the connection to the ASA hotel software, the integration of payment service providers and the connection to various portals, the entire communication process with the guest can be automated if required. From enquiry, booking and pre-check-in to pre- and post-vacation emails, the digital communication with the guest is covered by individual email and website templates, leaving more time for personal contact directly at the hotel. At the same time, the software acts as a CRM, storing all guest data in compliance with the German Data Protection Act (GDPR).
